InterCall is currently hiring for Conference Operators, who start at $9.50 and hour with a $150 quarterly bonus potential. We also offer the ability to increase base compensation to $13 an hour with $500 in quarterly bonus potential through a skills progression plan. This is a day shift opportunity; start times are between 5:30am and 9:30am, guaranteed 40 hours a week, no weekends. We provide medical, dental, and vision benefits plus $1500 a year in tuition reimbursement after 90 days of continuous employment. These Operators are responsible for the processing incoming conference calls for numerous clients which includes obtaining, entering and verifying requested information, answering basic conference call questions, resolving basic issues, providing customer service and adhering to approved scripts.
